Service Contract

For a fixed Monthly rate, you get one of our technicians on site for a pre-determined amount of time per month as per the agreement. As well as priority support, assuring that issues will be dealt with within 4 business hours.

Standard Call-out

You are being charged per hour, per call. The hourly tariff is determined and revised from time to time by Double J IT Services. This service allows for up to 2 business days for issues to be resolved.
